Due to internal growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Procurement Manager – AgChem & Seeds to join our Supply Chain team, reporting to the GM - Supply Chain.
This full-time, permanent role focuses on partnering with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to maximise procurement spend, aligned with our strategic goals.Location - Gillman SA (preferred) or Warriewood NSWImmediate start availableSalary - Negotiable based on prior experience Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and selecting suppliers to secure the best pricing and termsBuilding strong relationships internally and externally to drive business growthManaging supplier panels, contract negotiations, and optimising commercial termsSupporting the Retail team with market data and opportunitiesEnsuring supplier gross margins and security of supply meet company objectivesTravel to store & supplier locations,



as requiredAbout you:Proven experience within the Agricultural Chemical MarketStrong relationships with Agricultural industry suppliersDemonstrated negotiation skills and commercial acumenProactive approach with the ability to identify and implement improvementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to safetyThis role is initially office-based to support onboarding, training, and integration with the team.
