We’re looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to join our automotive parts business and support our quick-growing ecommerce operation.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of daily warehouse and dispatch activities, helping get customer orders out accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:
Picking and packing orders, checking part numbers and quantities.
Weighing and measuring parcels, booking freight and printing shipping labels.
Entering tracking numbers and updating order fulfilment in Shopify.
Organising courier collections and following up on shipping issues.
Receiving deliveries, checking incoming stock and putting it on shelves.




Helping with stocktakes and keeping the warehouse clean, organised and secure.

We’re looking for someone with:
Previous warehouse, packing or dispatch experience.
Positive computer skills and confidence entering information accurately.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet dispatch deadlines.
A reliable, proactive approach to work.

Automotive industry experience or knowledge of automotive parts would be an advantage, as would experience using Shopify or online shipping systems.
