Merchandiser & Installations Co-Ordinator

Reporting to the management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of cosmetic and other permanent fixture stands and execution of promotional displays, pharmacy activations, and merchandising programs across multiple brands. You will work closely with our merchandising team, supplier partners, territory managers, and pharmacy customers to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities
Co-ordinate the installation of pharmacy stands, displays and promotional activations across Australia
Schedule and manage calls for our national merchandising team
Allocate resources and optimise field coverage to meet customer and supplier requirements
Liaise with pharmacies, suppliers, merchandising staff and internal stakeholders
Monitor project timelines and installation progress
Track stock, point of sale materials and display assets
Prepare reports and maintain accurate activity records
Assist with customer enquiries and operational administration

About you
Previous experience in administration, scheduling, project co-ordination or field force support




Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
A proactive, can do attitude and willingness to take ownership
Experience in retail, pharmacy, merchandising or FMCG settings will be highly regarded
