What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Administration Officer (AO3), you'll play a key role in keeping project operations running smoothly. You'll provide high-quality administrative support, maintain accurate records, and be an significant part of a collaborative and positive team setting.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, registers, and records
Update information systems including Ellipse and Microsoft Office applications
Respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Support senior staff and help keep projects on track
Assist with developing and improving administrative procedures
Perform a variety of general administration duties





What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and WordProfessional communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to manage recurring tasks and meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable approach to change
Previous Ellipse experience is highly regarded but not essential
Team player with initiative and a robust customer service mindset
