About the company

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation on a short-term assignment, supporting a busy and varied recruitment portfolio. This is a hands-on opportunity for a robust recruiter who enjoys managing recruitment processes end-to-end and is confident working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leaders.

About the role

You’ll provide end-to-end recruitment support across a diverse portfolio, with exposure to:
Corporate and professional recruitment
Executive appointments and senior-level hiring
Fundraising and specialist roles
International recruitment
Candidate sourcing, screening and assessment
Interview coordination and stakeholder management
Managing recruitment processes from briefing through to appointment




Providing a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience

Key Requirements
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment
Solid sourcing, screening and candidate management skills
Confidence engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders
Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Employment Hero is highly desirable
Previous NFP or purpose-driven organisation experience is advantageous
Exposure to international recruitment would be beneficial
