Formworker & Concreter – South East Queensland

Amharc is looking for an experienced Formworker and Concreter to join our team in South East Queensland. With a steady pipeline of diverse projects, we offer secure, long-term work in a professional and friendly environment.

We are seeking a dedicated individual interested in a long-term role as part of one of our core crews.

About the Role

As a Formworker / Concreter, you will be responsible for a range of concreting tasks, including:
Bridgeworks, retaining walls, culverts, slab-on-ground (footpaths, v-drains, etc.)
Reading and interpreting formwork drawings, reinforcement plans, and steel schedules
Performing all aspects of formwork, steel fixing, and concreting
Preparing, boxing up, basic formwork, screeding, operating trowel machines, pouring, and occasional vertical concrete works

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the civil construction industry
Ability to work independently and lead a team of tradespeople
Strong commitment to safety and quality work
A reliable and proactive approach





Essential Requirements
Valid Driver’s Licence
White Card
Certificate III in Concreting or Carpentry (or relevant experience)
Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Desirable Tickets & Licences (Advantageous but Not Essential)
EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
Telehandler
Working at Heights
Dogman
Riggers
Scaffolders

Training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude.
