Trio Automotive Group is a growing Roadside Assistance and Towing company, and we are seeking motivated and customer-focused Tow Truck Operators to join our team. About the Role

As a Tow Truck Operator, you will provide high-quality roadside assistance and towing services while delivering excellent customer service. You will represent Trio Automotive Group professionally and ensure customer safety and satisfaction at all times.

Key responsibilities include:
Attending roadside assistance jobs including flat tyres, lockouts, battery replacements and jump starts
Operating tow trucks safely and in accordance with company procedures
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of allocated work vehicles
Using tablets and computer systems for job records and training
Providing skilled and friendly customer service

Skills & Experience
MR or HR licence
Sound knowledge of motor vehicles
Strong problem-solving skills
Computer literate and confident using smart tablets
Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work rotating on-call nights and weekends as part of a shared team roster
