Silvans Integrated Facilities Services is seeking a National Operation Manager (Soft Service) based in Westmeadows, VIC. The role oversees soft services across client sites nationwide, guiding cleaning, grounds, waste, and related operations.

You will lead regional and site teams, optimize workflows with ERP/FM tools, and drive continuous improvement within our IFM model. You will manage budgets, monitor KPIs, ensure safety and quality, and liaise with clients to meet evolving requirements.
