The role offers a strong mix of advisory and contentious work, with exposure to strategic, business-critical issues.The TeamYou'll be joining a collaborative and well-regarded employment practice that advises across the full spectrum of workplace relations, including:Employment and industrial relations adviceWorkplace investigations and disputesDiscrimination, harassment and regulatory mattersEnterprise bargaining and industrial issuesRestructures, redundancies and outsourcingExecutive and incentive arrangementsThe team also partners closely with corporate and private capital clients on sensitive workforce and executive matters.The RoleIn this role, you will:Provide strategic, commercially focused employment adviceWork closely with clients on complex and often high-profile mattersDraft and advise on employment contracts,
