Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Rostering Consultant based in our Woolloongabba office.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries from clients and staff with the responsibility of allocating shifts.On a permanent full-time basis, we are looking for a Rostering Consultant based in our Woolloongabba office.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries from clients and staff.
You will join an established team, working across a fortnightly rotating roster Monday to Friday:• Fortnight 1: 11am-7pm • Fortnight 2:



*****am – *****pm Day to day you will also:Respond to inbound calls from clients and candidatesDevelop and nurture relationships with clients and candidatesSource and place suitable candidates into shiftsPerfom administrative activities to increase the candidate poolEnsure an efficient transition with state-based after-hours operations through effective communicationFamiliarise and work in accordance with the HCA WHS and QMS systems, policies and proceduresLets talk about you!
Your resume should show that you can confidently handle phone and email enquiries in a fast-paced environment, keeping things running smoothly even when it's busy.
Any experience in healthcare rostering will be a big plus!
