We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee civil infrastructure projects across South East Queensland.

The role will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of roadworks, earthworks, drainage, pavements, kerbing, concrete and general civil infrastructure works .

Key Responsibilities
Supervise crews, subcontractors, plant and site activities.
Coordinate daily construction works and project sequencing.
Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
Monitor quality, productivity, materials and programme.
Read and interpret drawings and construction plans.
Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections.
Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and clients.
Maintain site records, quantities and daily reporting.
Identify and resolve construction issues on site.

About You
Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or Leading Hand.
Solid civil construction background, particularly roads, earthworks and drainage.
Valuable understanding of construction processes, drawings and specifications.
Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety, quality and project delivery.
Queensland construction experience preferred.
