RSGx is seeking an experienced State HSE Advisor to provide practical HSE guidance across several Melbourne projects. You will support tenders, project mobilisation, and day-to-day site delivery, embedding safety culture and driving risk controls on a rotating in office basis.

Reporting to the Senior HSE Manager – East, you will coach supervisors, facilitate risk assessments, and maintain HSE records while escalating responsible hazards as needed. Melbourne-based role with statewide scope.
