Facility Manager - Aged Care

Lead a well-established, medium-sized residential aged care home in Brisbane’s Northern Suburbs.

This is an chance to take ownership of an established service. You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the home, maintaining high standards across care, compliance, workforce and financial performance while continuing to build a positive culture for residents and staff.

The Role
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home
Lead, support and develop an established leadership and care team




Maintain compliance with aged care standards, governance and accreditation requirements
Oversee workforce planning, rostering and labour performanceManage occupancy, budgets and overall financial performance
Drive accountability, engagement and a positive team culture
Work closely with clinical leadership to maintain robust resident care and outcomes
Build positive relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders

What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Facility Manager within residential aged care
Strong knowledge of aged care standards, compliance and accreditation
Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
Confidence managing workforce, budgets and operational performance
A visible, hands-on leadership style with the ability to take ownership of the service
