You will work with leaders to improve cultural safety and wellbeing, guiding Indigenous staff and coordinating with Indigenous communities and Prescribed Bodies Corporate where needed.
The role focuses on supporting Indigenous staff, advocating culturally secure practices, and collaborating across functions to align with the RAP and Pathway to 2030 initiatives at Mt Arthur Coal.
