LEAP Studio, a startup product within CORTO, seeks a customer-facing support specialist. You will handle second-line support for LEAP Studio, diagnosing tool issues, and guiding lawyers through configurations.

You’ll build examples within Studio, support cases, and contribute to guides, with a focus on learning the product and helping firms succeed. The role is based at our Sydney head office with hybrid working and full training provided.
