Serco supports Australian Defence Force personnel by delivering on-base healthcare across defence locations. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive patient assessment, diagnose and treat autonomously, prescribe, refer, and manage care within a multidisciplinary team.

This civilian role offers structured hours, no Medicare billing, dedicated admin time, and a focus on quality patient-centred care while contributing to Defence health in a unique primary care setting.
