Yackandandah Health, part of the Apollo Care Alliance, is seeking a compassionate Care Manager to lead our 83-bed home and support older Australians to live with dignity. You will guide the care team, ensure protected, high-quality, resident-centred care, and oversee planning, governance, and compliance with aged care standards.

Reporting to the Residential Service Manager, you will promote resident choice, family engagement, and continuous quality improvement.
