Registered Nurse - IV Therapy Lounge Manager

Cura Collective is a new luxury medical and wellness destination in the heart of Melbourne's Flinders Lane, bringing together specialist plastic surgery consultations, IV therapy social lounge, injectables, post-operative care and premium wellness services within one beautifully considered space. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, warm and highly professional Registered Nurse to join Cura Monday - Friday. You'll play an key role in delivering the IV therapy service while helping oversee the day-to-day flow and experience of the Cura rooms.

Key responsibilities
Perform IV cannulation and administer IV hydration treatments in accordance with approved clinical protocols
Complete appropriate patient assessments and obtain relevant clinical histories
Monitor clients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
Follow all infection-control, medication-safety and clinical governance requirements
Provide a skilled,



caring and highly patient-focused experience
Support the post-operative nursing team when required
Help ensure the rooms run seamlessly, support the wider Cura team and maintain the exceptional level of service and presentation expected throughout the client journey

About you
AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse
Experienced and confident in IV cannulation
Ideally experienced in IV hydration/infusion therapy
Clinically confident with excellent attention to detail
Warm, polished and genuinely passionate about patient care
Calm and capable in responding to clinical situations
Comfortable working within a luxury, high-service environment
A robust communicator and natural team player
