YMCA Victoria in Bendigo is seeking a Duty Manager for Peter Krenz Leisure Centre to lead on shift, oversee programs and services, and uphold safety standards. The casual role offers an hourly rate of 42.34 AUD plus superannuation and YMCA advantages, with shifts across 7 days including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Essential qualifications include Lifeguard certification, CPR, First Aid and a Lifeguard License; knowledge of OH&S; legislation is preferred.
