Keystart is seeking a Senior Technology Support Analyst to join our IT Operations team, delivering advanced technical support across Microsoft technologies and corporate systems. You will act as the senior escalation point, mentor analysts, and drive ITIL-aligned incident, problem and change management.

You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint and Teams, supporting end-user devices and meeting room tech while building robust stakeholder relationships.
