Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Sales Estimator to join a South West Sydney custom homes builder. You’ll prepare sales estimates, review drawings, and price materials and labour for recent homes up to $1.5M.
The ideal candidate has around 2 years’ residential estimating experience, understands foundations and RSLs/variations, and can manage multiple estimates across a small team. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role.
