Createspecialsandcontributeideasforfunctionsandevents
Train,superviseandsupportkitchenteammembers
Monitorfoodquality,portioncontrolandpresentation
Managefoodorderingandstocklevels
Monitorfoodcostsagainstagreedtargets
Prepareandmanagekitchenstaffrosters
MaintainHACCPandfoodsafetyrequirements




Workcollaborativelywithvenuemanagement
Remainhands-onduringserviceandsupporttheteamwhererequired
