The opportunity

Reporting to the People & Culture leadership team, you'll partner closely with leaders across the business, providing trusted advice and driving key people initiatives. This broad HR generalist role will see you influence workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, performance, change, talent and culture, helping deliver strong business outcomes and a high-performing workplace.

Selection Criteria
Relevant HR qualification coupled with proven experience in a HRBP or Senior HR Advisory role




Strong employee and industrial relations knowledge with the ability to confidently manage complex matters
Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and people-focused initiatives
Sound understanding of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation and policy frameworks
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
