You’ll provide Level 2 support for key business applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, while coordinating releases and driving continual service improvements.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and IT teams to resolve incidents, analyze problems and implement sustainable solutions.
