Amazon Australia is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of associates at the Delivery Station in Mulgrave, VIC. You will drive safety, quality, attendance and performance while ensuring orders are delivered on time and to the right location.

You will coach and develop your team, collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet business objectives, and lead Lean process improvements. The role requires physical ability to lift varying weights; hours Sun-Wed 00:00–10:00.
