We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a premium residential portfolio across established local suburbs.

You’ll manage approximately 150 properties end-to-end , supported by a secondary PM, Virtual Assistant and APM , creating a sustainable workload and allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Role
End-to-end management of a premium residential portfolio
Build solid landlord and tenant relationships
Manage maintenance, inspections, compliance and tenancy matters




Liaise with landlords, tenants and trades
Maintain solid portfolio performance and retention

About You
Minimum 2 years residential Property Management experience
Robust knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Experience with Ailo, Realworks, Reapit or VaultRE advantageous
