The Woolpack Hotel, part of Laundy Hotel Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Head Chef to lead the busy kitchen at Redfern’s Woolpack Hotel. You will craft seasonal menus, supervise kitchen staff, and partner with the Group Executive Chef to deliver standout events and menus.

Join a community-focused pub group with robust emphasis on hospitality, staff development, and profitability. Night and weekend availability is required, and you’ll help maintain high hygiene standards and creative food
