We’re looking for a positive and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our fun, quick-paced real estate office. You’ll be the the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming experience, while supporting our team with administrative tasks.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting current people, staying organised, and bringing great energy to the workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
Answering and directing phone calls and emails
Managing the front desk and ensuring the office runs smoothly
Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
Maintaining accurate property, tenant, and landlord records
Assisting with general administrative tasks and data entry
Supporting the team with day-to-day office duties
Managing office supplies and stock ordering
Helping with social media content and updates (Canva, CapCut, Facebook & Instagram)




Supporting marketing campaigns and promoting listings and open homes
Assisting with general office organisation and presentation
Running errands to ensure the office runs smoothly

What We’re Looking For
A friendly, professional, and approachable personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisation and time management abilities
High attention to detail and reliability
Confidence using basic office systems and social media platforms
A willingness to learn and take initiative
Previous reception or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential
A team player who brings positive energy to the office
