RMIT UP is seeking a Platform Operations and Delivery Coordinator to ensure the reliable day-to-day operation of Informit’s digital platform. You will work with the Head of Platform, internal teams and external partners to coordinate requirements, testing, releases, monitoring and improvements.

You’ll support onboarding and troubleshooting across teams, resolve platform and content issues, and help strengthen processes and customer experience while maintaining robust vendor relationships.
