The Role

Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global ticketing your day to day duties will range from
Managing escalated and complex ticketing operational issues
Acting as the technical lead for automation projects including AI integration
Supporting stakeholders across multiple business functions including Account Management and implementation teams.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies

What Do you Need

This is not another Fares & Ticketing role you will need:
Exceptional fares knowledge & manual ticketing skills is a must
Robust GDS skills preferably across multiple systems - Sabre, Galileo & Amadeus
An in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end ticket cycle, including BSP, complex exchanges, and refunds.
Background in airline technical support highly desirable
Previous experience working across projects involving NDC content and GDS systems.
