Windermere is seeking a Family Services Practitioner to provide outreach and support to families across Casey, Cardinia and Greater Dandenong. The role uses an integrated, evidence-based approach to build parental capacity and create a protected, secure setting for children and young people.
You will work with a Team Leader within the Integrated Family Services team, with hybrid working arrangements between offices in the South East of Victoria and daily outreach in the community.
