consistent supportFacilitate team meetings, supervision, and capability developmentEnsure compliance with NDIS, quality, and safety standardsApply strong clinical judgement and proactive risk managementWhat We're Looking ForRegistered Nurse qualification highly desirable, particularly with community care experience or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related disciplineStrong background in psychosocial disability and/or complex, high physical supportProven leadership experience in community, residential, or complex care environmentsConfident, visible leader who leads from the floorStrong understanding of NDIS practice and community-based service deliveryPassion for developing people and improving participant outcomesWhy Join AllCare?
