Due to internal growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Procurement Manager – Manufacturing to join our Supply Chain team, reporting to the GM - Supply Chain.
This full-time, permanent role focuses on partnering with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to maximise procurement spend, aligned with our strategic goals.Location - Laverton North, VICImmediate start availableSalary - Negotiable based on prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:Strong experience in developing and executing procurement strategiesSubstantive experience in the agricultural and/or chemical markets.Strong relationship with agricultural and/or industry suppliers and manufacturersStrong customer focus and ability to build rapportStrong negotiator to deliver favourable supply and commercial termsProven ability to manage internal departmental & supplier partnershipsInitiative to identify and implement improvements and cost savingsEnsuring supplier gross margins and security of supply meet company objectivesDemonstrate a personal commitment to safetyEffectively communicate,



drive and deliver key strategies at all levels of the organisationBusiness and analytical acumen with high level attention to detail.About you:Proven experience within the Agricultural &/or chemical marketsStrong relationships with Agricultural &/or chemical industry suppliersDemonstrated negotiation skills and commercial acumenProactive approach with the ability to identify and implement improvementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to safetyThis role is initially office-based to support onboarding, training, and integration with the team.
