Sales Manager

Location: Midvale, Perth WA | Full-time | Onsite

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales team and help drive continued growth across SWD.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for sales performance, team development, customer relationships and identifying current business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing
Lead and support the Sales team to achieve agreed targets.
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting and performance reporting.
Build strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.




Coach and develop team members to improve sales performance.
Work closely with Marketing and other departments to support business growth.
