Our client is looking for a Digital Home Loan Specialist with lending customer experience in retail mortgages.

You will provide service and build relationships with current and prospective customers in the home lending space.

Duties
Provide inbound/outbound support about the product during all steps of the customer’s journey
Assist with digital loan application processes and underwrite loans
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Complete loan applications, payments, repayments and arrears management, mortgage variations, and act on fraud alerts
Flexibility to work on a roster system, Monday to Friday

Skills and experience
You must have a passion for customer service, and be a solid communicator with proven negotiation experience.
Proactive at solving problems and achieving desired outcomes
RG 146 qualified with at least 2 years experience in retail mortgage lending and sales/customer service in a call centre
Knowledge of NCCP, Privacy, Debt Collection, and AML/CTF Acts
