You will lead Early Childhood Teachers and Educators across sites, build robust family partnerships, and ensure high-quality, inclusive service delivery aligned with MACSEYE’s mission.

You will oversee staff induction, drive career development, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while embedding Catholic values in practice.
