Operata, Melbourne-based CX observability startup, is seeking a passionate Product Manager to deliver on our AI-enabled product strategy. You’ll shape the AI layer, investigate problems, explain logs, and surface actionable guidance within the platform.

Reporting to the CPO, you’ll collaborate with designers, engineers and data experts to solve customer problems and refine our observability-driven CX tooling for enterprise clients.
