You will coordinate workshops, prepare data, deliver coaching, and support users with reporting queries, traveling as needed across Australia and Current Zealand.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, triage issues, and ensure smooth go-lives while building user confidence in the system.
