Guardian Fencing is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to support commercial fencing projects in our Oakleigh South base. You will coordinate day-to-day project schedules, installers and workshop activities, ensuring jobs are prepared and delivered on time.
You will read basic construction drawings, liaise with trades, suppliers and clients, and resolve issues across multiple sites. This hands-on role requires robust planning and explicit communication to keep projects running smoothly.
