HR Advisor | Brisbane CBD | Option to Work from Home Permanent Full-time role The Chance

An prospect for a hands-on HR Generalist to join a well-supported, centralised HR team supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses! You will work across multiple businesses, covering all things HR Generalist and partnering with CEOs, GMs and senior leaders on everything from day-to-day HR and ER to restructures, consultation and transformation projects , no two days will look the same.

Your Role

Partner with leaders/managers to provide practical HR advice, coaching and support. Manage employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievances. Be involved in HR projects(e.g AI) , process improvements and people initiatives.

Provide guidance on Australian employment legislation and HR policies. Leverage HR systems,



technology and AI to improve HR delivery.

About

You Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations. Confident partnering with leaders across a range of HR matters.

Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
