St John of God Geelong Hospital is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit through a 6‑month Introduction to Specialty Practice (ISP) program. The role offers hands‑on learning across cardiothoracic, general surgical, medical and complex procedures, with day and night shifts and 12‑hour options.

This fixed part‑time program supports qualified growth, with dedicated clinical educators and pathways to ICU study.
