ARH Essendon Fields is seeking a Senior Emergency & Critical Care Veterinary Nurse to join a busy multidisciplinary referral hospital in Melbourne. The role is approximately 70% clinical and 30% leadership/admin, offering hands-on nursing with prospects to mentor junior team members.

You will work closely with the Head Nurse and senior clinicians to shape the ECC service, while maintaining high standards of patient care and contributing to departmental development and education.
