THE ROLE:
Generate new managements through prospecting and referrals
Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations
Build and maintain strong investor relationships
Convert leads into long-term management clients
Attend business development appointments
Manage the onboarding of new properties
Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure seamless handovers
Contribute to portfolio growth and business success

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
Previous Business Development, Leasing or Property Management experience
Proven ability to build relationships and win new business
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, driven and target-focused
Qualified presentation and customer-first approach
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
