About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedCase Manager to oversee and coordinate supports for children and young people under bothChild Safety and NDIS frameworks .

This role is critical in ensuring compliance, solid stakeholder engagement, and positive client outcomes across our Sunshine Coast operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of Child Safety and NDIS participants
Develop and review care plans, support plans, and risk assessments
Coordinate SIL and out-of-home care placements
Liaise with Child Safety, families, support coordinators,



and allied health
Monitor NDIS funding utilisation and prepare review reports
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Child Protection legislation
Lead case meetings and multidisciplinary reviews
Oversee incident reporting, risk management, and safeguarding

About You
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience inChild Safety, Out-of-Home Care, or NDIS
Robust understanding ofNDIS framework and Child Protection requirements (QLD)
Experience working withcomplex behaviours and high-support clients
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain compliance
