ASX-listed financial services organisation seeks an accomplished Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director & CEO. The role is senior, requiring trust, judgement and discretion, with autonomy across a demanding schedule, communications, travel and stakeholder commitments.

You will manage a complex diary, triage the CEO’s inbox, coordinate travel, and brief external engagements, while liaising with the executive leadership team and Board stakeholders.
