We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive general practice team in Cairnlea VIC.

We are looking for a nurse who enjoys working in primary healthcare, is confident managing a busy treatment room and is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care.

About the Role

Working alongside our GPs, nurses and administration team, you will play an significant role in supporting the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:
Immunisations and injections
Wound care and dressings
Venepuncture and pathology collection
ECGs and other diagnostic testing
Patient triage, observations and clinical assessments
Chronic disease management and care planning
Health assessments and preventative health activities
Assisting GPs with minor procedures
Patient education and health promotion
Recall and reminder management
