Night Shift Supervisor Injection Moulding

Poly Industries are seeking a motivated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor Injection Moulding to join our team in Revesby, NSW. This is a full-time role overseeing the night shift operations.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the night shift production team to ensure all targets and quality standards are met

Monitoring and troubleshooting injection moulding machines to optimise production efficiency

Providing hands-on support and training to production operators as needed

Fostering a positive team culture and promoting a safe working environment

Some experience in a supervisory role within an injection moulding workplace

What we're looking for
Some experience in a supervisory role within an injection moulding workplace

Strong technical understanding of injection moulding processes and machinery
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
