The Melbourne Clinic is seeking a Senior Mental Health Clinician to join the Day Program Therapy Team as an Associate Manager. You will provide advanced clinical leadership, oversee discharge planning, and strengthen transitions from inpatient to outpatient and community settings.

Working with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams, you will champion recovery-focused care, facilitate group therapy, and drive referrals to Day Program and Outreach services, ensuring continuity of care.
