Patches Therapy Services is seeking an experienced OSHC Coordinator/Lead Educator to provide leadership across two OSHC sites in Perth's western suburbs. The role covers after-school hours Monday to Thursday 2:00 pm–6:00 pm with additional Friday hours, focusing on compliance, quality and accountability.

You will lead educators, manage onboarding and development, and ensure the service operates smoothly and audit-ready. A robust sense of ownership and team-oriented approach are essential.
