Royal Oak in Fitzroy North is seeking a Dining Room Manager to own the 60-seat dining room and lead the next development stage. This is a hands-on role, on the floor during service, building a polished, welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll train and develop the FOH team, work with Head Chef, manage reservations, seating, and large bookings, and strengthen ties with regular guests and the local community. We offer a weekly roster, a senior leadership slot, and genuine pathway for growth within our
